- Administration - Human Resources:
+ Planning recruitment, training, developing human resources periodically by year, quarter and month for the Factory.
+ Coordinating with relevant departments / units to develop and supervise the implementation of regulations, processes and regulations on personnel management, salaries and remuneration policies for workers and staffs; internal regulations, work processes, regulations in related fields ...
+ Directly handle the work in the administrative - personnel area of ​​the Factory, advise and propose to the Board of Directors to handle the issues beyond ability.
+ Assist other departments in personnel management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees in the Factory. Supporting relevant departments for staff training, how to recruit personnel, administrative work ...
+ Ensuring the accomplishment of objectives, functions and tasks of the Division.
- Manage and update records of employees working at the Company: according to the regulations of hard file and soft file storage.
- Manage records of employees who have quit their jobs: according to the regulations of keeping hard records and soft files.
- Management of taking leave, sick leave and leave..: to promptly solve problems related to each specific case
- Managing and allocate uniforms for employees in the Company
- Monitoring and urge the compliance with internal rules and regulations of employees
- Checking timekeeping and payroll for employees of the Company periodically monthly
- Performing notice of increase and decrease of compulsory insurance and deal with policies related to health insurance and accident insurance for employees working at the Company.
- Making monthly list of payment of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
- Carring out Training according to Training process:
+ Determining training needs
+ Review training needs from departments and submit them for approval
+ Making training plan to submit to Board of Directors for approval
+ Prepare for the training plan and monitor the results after training
+ Evaluate after training and report on achieved results
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
- Commitment to implement and take responsibility according to the Company's operating regulations.
- Comply with 5S implementation as prescribed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: College or higher
- Qualification:
+ Specialized human resources - administrative – legal
+ Knowledgeable about laws related to handling labor policies and regimes
- Experience: 2 years or higher
- Work skill: Operate independently - respond quickly when situation occurs - sensitive at work, working in high pressure environment.
- Other Skills: Microsoft Office, English.
- Quality: Be responsible, patient and honest at work.
